Hi, my name is James Gibson and I have just received sponsorship from CompareAway the holiday rental price comparison site. Over the next 12 months the team at CompareAway have asked me if I would do a daily blog describing what life is like as an aspiring young golfer. I am currently based in Florida and am trying to make it as a professional golfer. I approached the guys at Compareaway and asked them if they have ever sponsored a golfer before. After meeting with the team, I explained what my goals were and CompareAway kindly decided to sponsor me. Over the next 12 months I am going to try and show you the highs and lows of what life at the bottom of the golfing ladder is like. I will try and explain what my daily routine is like, how I perform in competitions and also what life is like in general living in Florida.
I hope that my golf can progress and that I can follow the success that CompareAway are having. I’d also like to their team for having the confidence in me.
